Booking and Cancellation Policies
We understand that things come up! We just ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.
15 minute late policy: If you show up 15 minutes or more late, you will either receive a shortened service or we will have to reschedule your appointment. If we have to reschedule, you will be required to provide a non refundable deposit for your next appointment.
You agree to this policy when you book your appointment. A card will be kept securely on file for this policy.
